Konkansrushti

Konkansrushti is an open bungalow plot project located at Kherwase, Lanja, Ratnagiri, developed by Konkanbhoomi Developers. The project was started in 2011 and spans approximately 34 acres with 125 plots. Plot sizes start from 4,000 sq.ft. Regular plots are advertised at ₹350/sq.ft., while hilltop plots are offered at ₹200/sq.ft. The project is stated to be Collector Approved and provides independent 7/12 documents and separate measurement maps. Infrastructure includes 12-metre and 9-metre WBM internal roads, water supply up to plots, rainwater drainage, roadside plantation, trees within plots and 3.5-ft stone boundary walls on all four sides. The development includes five developed open spaces, two amenity spaces and two borewells. Connectivity stated by the developer includes Veravali Railway Station at 4 km, Mumbai-Goa Highway at 6 km and Lanja S.T. Stand at 7 km. The developer states that only three hilltop plots remain.
