Tikona Srushti

Phoenix Landmark's Lake Front Plots at Hadashi, also listed as Tikona Srushti, is a nature-oriented plotted development near Hadashi Lake and Tikona Fort in Mulshi, Pune. The project is marketed as a 30+ acre gated community offering 11,000 sq.ft. plots onwards, with Phase 1 starting at ₹50 lakh and Phase 2 at ₹30 lakh. Features include 40-ft internal roads, street lights, water and electricity connections, compound fencing, clubhouse, garden, temple and other amenities. The project offers lake, fort and Sahyadri mountain views and is marketed at approximately 30 minutes from Hinjewadi, Baner and Chandni Chowk. However, MahaRERA issued a 2024 order identifying “Lake Front Plots at Hadashi” as an unregistered project, and the promoter described the underlying land as agricultural, so legal/NA status must be independently verified before publication or purchase.
