The official website currently offers an Eco Villa package from ₹41 lakh onwards, comprising a developed 2,000 sq.ft. NA residential plot and a 1,230 sq.ft. built-up / 1,060 sq.ft. carpet-area Eco Villa. The package includes coconut and mango plantation with drip irrigation, a 50 sq.ft. lawn, 80 sq.ft. paved parking area, septic tank, 1.5-ft plot demarcation wall and Gram Panchayat building permission. The villa specification includes an RCC structure, pre-coated sheet roofing, POP/PVC false ceiling, ceramic flooring and copper electrical wiring. Wide Wings Pvt. Ltd. explicitly states that it offers the Eco Villa package but is not the owner/developer of the project, so the land developer should be verified from the plot purchase agreement and title documents.
